No Reservations. No Recipes. is a bespoke food experience consultancy founded by chef, Babis Tsamadias. Led by a passion for preserving regional heritage cooking techniques, fostering longstanding partnerships with local producers, farms and food artisans, in union with vast hands-on knowledge of Greece’s rich terroir – Babis saw the need to create a sea-to-table/farm-to-table food lab centered around the concept of Soul.
THE DESTINATION
Whether it’s composing a menu from the finest seasonal ingredients to harvesting raw salt from the shores of the Cyclades – for us – the journey is the destination.
The relationships that we have to the earth, sea and sky is something truly meaningful. We strive to bring this resonance to each experience.
